Replacement Cost is obviously better but...On a Replacement Cost Policy you’ll be required to carry the Dwelling Coverage amount something close to the full estimated cost to rebuild the home.Diff states have vastly different rebuild cost.In my state it averages around $150 per square foot to rebuild x 1000sqft = $150,000 A replacement Cost Policy would require you to carry $150,000 dwelling coverage.

Hostfully is re-building their Wheelhouse integration, sounds like just a couple weeks and we will be using Hostfully to push Wheelhouse prices to various places (including HA/vrbo).

Though there are those who choose prefab for aesthetics and ease (such as the Sonoma weeHouse videos who stated they didn't have to "babysit" the build)........I recently interviewed someone who has a tiny house in his backyard and wants to rebuild the stick-built home currently on the property (it's tiny and needs repairs).
