It is worth getting an attorney involved and discussing the intent and allow the attorney to help draft needed paperwork and perhaps resolutions and manager contracts to ensure the protection is sound.Most mortgages have a Due On Sale or Alienation Clause.

Same resolution approach, posted on their facebook wall and someone in Oklahoma called me and expressed that it was somehow an "honest mistake" and took care of it.

If that's the case, it's usually much quicker (instantaneous in some cases) to deliver the deed personally to the county recorder's office and get it stamped/recorded over the counter.
