A slight change in rates aren’t gonna affect much.

They aren’t going to give you any privacy or liability protection. 

The numbers are completely fake, with rehab costs that aren't even 50% of real life expenses.

But under the law the company shouldn't have marketed the investment to you in the first place and certainly not proceeded with you after learning you aren't accredited. 

If you analyze what is advertised to you especially off the MLS then you aren't going to find "a deal". 3.

If you aren't working with an investor focused lender like @Jose Valdovinos or @Zack Karp - you need to get with them immediately.  

Mortgages aren’t necessarily a bad thing, especially when they’re tied to assets like real estate, which generally appreciates over time.

Amazing, and yet, they willy nilly cancel reservations when there aren't disasters and then they make you jump through hoops to prove there is one!  

Being trustworthy and proactive are huge, you know a property manager is great when you know they will do the right thing when no one else is around and they do things when they aren't asked.

I’m also curious as we aren’t seeing many buy and hold investors lately.
