Most banks pull payments at midnight and also credit payments into the account just after payments are pulled.

This may be a soft pull on your credit, but it's worth it (in my opinion) to determine that question. 

Love the awareness of breaking those chains @Jacob Nevarez...it's normal for your parents and relatives to pull you back down because they are worried for you.  

I would just be cautious about doing the work yourself, without pulling permits.

@Sara Kumar most states require a tenant to return the property in the same condition as it was when they got it.As such, a tenant can usually repair damages they caused - as long as they pull all proper permits, work is done in a professional-like manner and they indemnify the property owner & manager from any and all potential claims.

So if I pull permits and my work passes inspection, is there going to be an issue I’m not aware of?
