You can usually post pone the sale if you make a payment towards the balance and work something out with the county.

The government imposed travel restrictions would have us flying into Manila April 1st and being restricted to staying in Manila for the next 14 days.Even the wedding we were planning to attend has had to be postponed due to the local restrictions on large social gatherings.Its disappointing but understandable given the situation.

I am afraid I will have to pass :-(While I do anticipate the border being fully open buy October, I've decided to postpone international travel until the end of 2021 (when our under-12 kid should be vaccinated).I have a long list of family that have not been seen in-person for 18+ months ... so that will be the priority.

(at least briefly.)Or, the lender can see that their path to foreclosure may become a lawsuit and they will simply postpone the foreclosure sale until the Quiet Title is dropped or resolved then they will file foreclosure proceedings again.

If it's a full payoff of the debt, the borrower can request (But not get any certainty) a postponement of the sale but I wouldn't bet on that if the sale is within six days.
