Unfortunately, there is a good number of illegitimate PMs and contractors in the Cleveland area, BUT quality property management does exist here.

If you have only had one inquiry in 3 weeks, it is because you are asking for too much rent given the condition of the property or you have poor marketing.

He is a poster here on BP who has talked about it the most, and for the longest as far as I can remember, so he will be a quality contact for helping build your team. 

Sure it works to get your money out, but when you when try to rent the property out, you are sitting with vacancies, low quality applications, and if you try to sell you can't nearly get what the home appraised for. 

We rented out home in Vegas as fully furnished. and where shocked to see rents at double or more standard rent.. furnishing nice but not over the top.. been very good on that end plus with rents that high the quality of the tennants is very good.. can easily self manage..

Generally a foreclosure is in poor shape and needs repairs to make it anywhere near comps.

From an outside viewer, I would be nervous to work with either one of you, since you are fast to go public with any grievance and the realtor has poor communication skills and has no problem blaming external circumstances for lack of a simple courtesy call.

If the modem and router are separate devices, spend up and get a high quality wireless router. 

In accordance with the lease agreement, the property shall be fully vacated, cleaned, and returned in the same show quality condition upon move-in.
