This is going to impact residential rentals as well, even if there is not perfect overlap in your target audience (renters).

Now for your spread there's potentially an overlap and hence you may want to reach out to brokers on both sides.

I think these are categories where the questions often overlap.

I have one company that did not want the overlap so they wrote the Liability on one building and extended the coverage to the other.

Going forward, we will actually be able to run overlapping rehabs but I am not sure that we want to have houses on the market in the Dec/Jan timeframe.Although we are not going to accomplish 4 flips as planned, the first one has worked well so it is a solid start.
