Anyone been struggling with selling a multi plex due to restrictive financing options for investors? 

When I looked them up they both seem to be real estate agents, which seems odd to be working in a lending facility.

I have had plenty of scenarios where lenders will allow a prepayment penalty on a state that restricts them. 

The ones you listed are definitely decent areas with multiple industries, however, they are also areas that are up and down with restrictions and very saturated.

Its about removing the restriction on number of builds in any year.

Though, you'll have to be aware of the rules and restrictions regarding the program.

The HOA/by laws will be your first insight into how restrictive these resort style communities are to keep up with the feel and look of the community. 

I have a odd question,  70+ unit property 6mill left on note 5.50 30yr amortized   assuable 3 yr i/o remain BP calculator, Cash flow is positive cap x 1.5mill in Improvemennts in the last year with 20 units for value add improvements where do I go to get approved or a deal or a foot in the door?
