And California also capped security deposit, thus literally robbing landlords by AB 468 that's faking human right issue.If there is class lawsuit, I want to be the first to jump on.But my question is, why landlords are so docile to this evil law?

If you have a handle on the value of the house, can make an offer that protects you and adhere to the contingency deadlines like inspection and financing,  a buyer's agent does nothing but waste your time and cost you thousands.

I'd also see if they are doing things to help keep the house cool during the day-keeping windows closed, having curtains or blinds closed to reduce the amount of direct light coming in (ie literally the sun shining in through the windows-not simple daylight).
