A couple of investor groups seem very bullish on this community and that is pushing the quality of operating STRs up which pushes the performance up which pushes AirDNA numbers up, etc.I modified my Top 10 due to the looming cap on licenses being issued by Tobyhanna Township.

I've been working under a friends GC license and now working on getting my own.I am currently house hacking my invest property, the main house is rented out and I live in the unfinished back unit in the back that will eventually be a DADU.

They would grandfather in any existing homes that are licensed.  

Either get a real estate license or work for another wholesaling operation to learn the ropes.
