Normally something this large is out of my league but I am trying to make it work because it is a very rare property in my area.

I've put kitchen sponges and even baseball caps in the dishwasher....well, the caps were in there by themselves ;)The toilet plunger is a new one.

I'm speaking of Mark Whitten the Real Estate Investor, not the baseball player. 

I have found the president of the Dallas RE Investors Assn, Cathy Crowe-League.  

I thought maybe everyone was maybe way out of my league only buying places for over 1M!  

I finally took the plunge after listening for about 4-5 years and became a BP Pro member :) After a career in baseball as a player and coaching at the professional level for the last 2 years, I got my RE license and I am coming up on 1 year.

I call them hobbies.Things like baseball, bodyboarding, fishing, hiking, playing golf, being outdoors, playing craps in Vegas and of course real estate.When I am engaged in these activities they bring happiness and joy to my life.

I have always been into real estate but felt like it was out of my league due to lack of capital.
