Comps when wholesaling

Hi,

For the past month I found out about wholesaling and I've been reading Ebooks, watching YouTube videos and I am so flabbergasted that I've never heard of this. I have always been into real estate but felt like it was out of my league due to lack of capital. However, I've acquire some knowledge in this business and learned that wholesaling is a great start to build capital.  I was trying to run comps on PropStream  and decided to check Zillow to see if they have more pics of the property and saw that the estimate price was different and wanted to understand that more.  Also any advice on the best way to take action now would be appreciate it. I'm ready to get out there!
