This is not some isolated thing... there are entire apartment complexes full of them.   

These are good problems to have generally speaking because you are getting into bigger buildings....as time goes on it will just be a normal thing like it is for @John Warren.It's not a one-time fix and the areas need to be isolated and then you need to figure out how to get those tenants out. 

I have yet to be proven wrong minus a few isolated cases.Tub is iffy.

The advantage for me -other than the higher interest rate compared to my bank- is that the funds are isolated, so I won't get excited and spend too much, lol.
