Joe mentioned recently that he's going to be doing a new podcast focused entirely on Lease Options - I think he said he's going to call it "Lease Purchase Wealth" and he's just going to be teaching - no interviews. 

I have tried interviewing companies and they are great if they want your business as a landlord, but they seem to take a week to show a tenant a property, by this time they have found something else... any recommendations for some reputable property management in the Las Vegas area?

My goal is to cast a wide net on identifying agents who investors have worked with and then slim the list down through interviews/research.

The quote is to get a number obviously but also kind of an interview for you to judge their integrity and character.I like to find guys who are kind of on my level - have some experience but working on scaling up.
