I really think that the vast majority of people looking to get started in real estate will do so by intelligently and astutely buying quality properties... with personally guaranteed loans backed by income from their current jobs.

What I mean is there's alot of talented and intelligent folks out there who have brain problems inspite of having talent and good intelligence.  

I'm confident that--as motivated and intelligent as you may be--you don't have a sufficient command of English to fill out a contract.Next, you have no job.

Understanding how to read P&L and Balance Sheets, and Statement of Cash Flow will empower you to talk more intelligently.

It doesn't bother me that I missed this one because I erred in the right direction (low), I just want to get myself properly calibrated so I can make "intelligent" low offers.

It is all fine, well and good to require intelligent spending, but something many people forget is that, unlike a large company, a country is often the primary driver of its own growth.

We just want to make sure we're at least semi-intelligent in this process.Is there any other approach you would take?
