The on line training "on demand videos" are so poorly created you would be shocked, bad picture, poor sound, instructor goes off to left field to make it last 3 hours, I can go on.

None the less according to instructor the deals can be found (usually 20%-30% below market value), yet you need to identify a good buy & do your due diligence.

The red flags went up for me when the instructor gave the first homework assignment to be done during our lunch break was to call our credit card companies and up our credit limits to $25,000  if possible and to also have our interest rates lowered.
