Many want to live like Jordan Belfort with a gorgeous wife, unlimited beautiful women at a whim and all the travel time and pleasures we could imagine within a few short years but that just isn't realistic; if you want to be successful with your investments then YOU need to sacrifice and plan on coming up with your own capital.

Looks gorgeous too, very high end.. but it can be as cheap as $1/sq ft.   

You want them sending you listings with paint falling off the exterior, horrible yards, dirty carpet, and old kitchens.You should be looking for listings with yellow, pink, or green tile bathrooms.  

But I didn't decide to get a STR until I went out of town for a long weekend, and drove through a gorgeous little town on my way, which clearly drew a tourist crowd and appeared to be thriving.  

I miss the northern lights, those gorgeous mountains, and clean, fresh air.

We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?

Granted, I did live in the pink pepto-bismol mansion on W Onodoga which was cool but it was not a great neighborhood at the time. 

@Alex Rodriguez...Hi Alex....I live in Manteca, so I can get to just about anywhere in Stockton within 25 minutes, so that allows me to personally check out any area I'm interested in...so that's  a big plus..... no doubt Stockton can have gorgeous areas right next door to ghetto city.....I'm available to be "boots on the ground" for any deal you find......

Make is an unusually bright color: chartreuse or hot pink.
