all I can Say is... do not go and invest blind folded.

The hard part is two fold.

It amazes me that in this cut-throat world we live in, their are folks out there willing to share and mentor others in pursuing their business goals and financial success.Thanks for bringing me into the fold.  

We jumped ten fold in a year and did not really know what we were getting into.

For an extreme example, if you had a job that made $10,000/hr, it would obviously not be worth your time to spend 10 hrs/wk looking for properties and managing tenants when you could just work a little more and make that money 100-fold over.So, what's your number?

This will pay back ten fold throughout every aspect of your life together and the two will meld into one. 

I'm in the business of doing the right thing for people and I believe it comes back 10 fold my way!
