a friend use to use this carrot to receive rents on time (the first):1. tenant would have to deposit the rent by the first of the month on their own and if the first is a weekend or Saturday they had to make the arrangements so that was credit to the account by the first.  2.

Have made contact with owner's brother, but don't know where owner is.My general idea has been to try and skip-trace the owners or their next of kin and see if we can arrange a short sale to net them a small proceed instead of leaving the property vacant.

If a landlord has cancer and they are running a business and not a charity then they should probably have a contingent arrangement for the management of the property if they are no longer capable of doing so.
