I've just always been fascinated with real estate & have decided to replace the job that makes me miserable with something that I know that I'll enjoy! 

That would be about even with the national average - maybe a little higher.What I also find fascinating is the cities in the country with the highest population of renters.

Not that it's high mathematics or difficult but the application of weighted computations is really not taught at the high school level, not being condescending, it's just usually not presented until later on in a formal education in business or engineering or sciences.

I am have a great deal of interest and fascination in investing into real estate, and I am hoping to pull a trigger on my first very soon.

I'm just wondering what the fascination is, why you miss him so much that you'd search for him.

As I have started to learn about the different niche's out there the owner financing (sub2/wrap) and (lease to own) are fascinating to me.
