Following up on this post I want to backtrack partially my endorsement for Corevest as I've finalized a portfolio loan with them for a few reasons. 

There are some Insurance companies that will keep it on the Condo form and add an endorsement for the rental.

This will require that all of them must endorse the check in order to cash it.

If I'm going to get a cash out mortgage or HELOC (BRRRR methodology) in the future once the house is fixed up, should I ask for Florida form 9 endorsement fro the title insurance company now?
