I will gladly give a big hoorah when the OP posts again saying "I cut my cable bill" but until then, getting out of debt is just a dream he'll never achieve.

It's nothing but a dream and nothing actual. 

Buying a 4-unit building is not so much different than buying a 20 or 50 unit, as long as you have key partners like good property management.I recently looked into buying a 280 unit building, which I never would have dreamed of doing a few years ago.

I envy those that can find a dream destination.

I can't get the two of them on the same page.My attorneys laugh about 15 day closing..Please advise as this is my dream home and I really don't want to lose it if the property title is clean.

I decided it was time for me to take massive action and use all the tools BP has to offer and start using the forum in order to reach my dreams of becoming a successful real estate investor.

I have avoided the "nightmare" tenants (although I've had quite a few "kind of bad dream" tenants) and I haven't had to deal with an eviction. 

@Eric Sullivan That's smart only buying R2-R3 with the AirBnb consideration - as my mom is finding out in Gloucester, it's also easier to change zoning/use when you're not in an R1 type zone.Good luck with that 24 unit - that's a dream right there.Will reach out in the future for sureBlakle

without Morris giving anyone a freedom number.. what a master of manipulation …. sell the dream sell the freedom  sell the I don't work for anyone anymore and the money just rolls in with no work on my part LOL.
