After 3 months, i decided to ditch my personal site altogther.

Think of DM like a billboard - you'll almost never get one person who drives by once to call, but when they see you and your message all over they'll reach out when the time is right.As far as format, ditch the "yellow letter".

I am also married and may be considering house hacking if we can ditch this property.

I'm glad as hell I ditched tech in 2000, and have been able to live nicely off my SF properties.

Bottom line is ditch the ones not making money and buy something that makes sense from day 1 on a 20-30 year mtg so you can cashflow better and allow you to buy more and build your capital  base.

This isn't as much money as some have made on this site , but I was literally in the ditch , unemployed , broke , injured .Oh I forgot , I had a "lot " behind the house ( about half an acre) seperated from the house and sold it to police officer that had tried to buy it from my father in the 80s!!!!

I think he rented a "Ditch Witch" machine for all of this.

There will always be a bump or two in the road, but not enough to throw you in the ditch.  

I'm just taking one step ahead of the next and honestly I need to ditch the fear and conflict I am having to continue to move forward. 

If a deal is over-priced for what it is and that's because someone is getting a referral fee, then ditch the deal- it's over-priced.
