Since I always use neutral paint colors, I’ve never had feedback that came in “Oh, I hate that paint color.”

As an example, why spend extra money on custom lighting when a lighter color of paint would have the same effect?

If it's too stained, use Zinsser white shellac primer & paint a neutral color.

You did a fantastic job, chose nice warm paint colors too.

Heck I even check the cars to see if they are maintained, not maintained, have different color panels, riding in spare tires, etc.

My HOA is great never complaints about minor things like paint color or changing landscaping ect.

There doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to it.Of the six agents, I'd be surprised to find one that even knows what color the home they have listed is.

When every color choice you make on any decision whether it be property or vehicles, the colors always must be neutral.When you are a master at base moulding, painting, and yard design.When you know what the name of every granite is (literally I think I do).
