Your rehabs can't be cookie cutter are you will soon realize that top dollar is out of whack when three or five properties look the same to the buyer.

My area is cookie cutter.

Try "clearing your cookies" and see if that helps. 

Once you learn the recipe, just repeat and you will get chewy chocolate cookies every time.  

Could you try to reset the cookies on your mobile browser?

I feel it adds character and charm and isn't so generic or cookie cutter. 

Is one agent better than another or are we filling out the same forms so it's cookie cutter to them, ie. same paperwork for both of the agents that will be helping me with these two transactions.

I had an attorney draft up forms for me because the cookie cutter forms don't always hold up or accomplish everything you need.

We may not have a large population in Abilene compared to some places, but I have to believe that when companies apply cookie cutter demographic studies to a place like Abilene they always fail to see the potential.
