Hi Logan unfortnately, this property's ARV doesn't support the BRRRR method, but it's in a great area for LTR 

One time we had guests that brought a dog (against policy), tried to sneak it in but got caught on outside cameras, provided a bogus emotional support certificate they downloaded on the internet after the fact, left the house a wreck and then left a bad revenge review after we reported them to the platform.

Get your finances in order to minimize your expenses: pay off consumer debt, buy a house and house hack, sell expensive car and get a cheaper one.
