They are trying to tell me they can just keep extending (under the escrow claus- no escrow was opened) Q- Lawyer said no payment by closing date contract over, we are free to re-list property- realtor has complaint and can’t re-list till she hears from the RE Commission, on there decision on the complaint, how? 

Now the property is sold, your client is pissed, and you lost out on a commission.

It sounds like they are just brokering deals possibly and taking the sales commission!? 

Also, the loan officer get the commission clawed back so they lose their commission.As mentioned, the sales price also sets the market value. 

If you are a Landlord / Owner - you should WANT a commission based renewal fee. 

Does anyone believe they can just call a state real estate commission and get consent to teach in an accredited real estate school.

Do not be transactional thinking you need to make a high commission on every deal, understand that the real money is in the long term relationship.
