I hear far too many talk about this price event expecting prices to drop as suddenly and dramatically as they rose, that is simply not how the economics of it all works, it will be a long slow slope back down just how the 08/09 housing collapse was a sudden walk off a cliff, and a long slow walk up a hill, same market factors simply in reverse. 

Hello all, I am newer to BP and I am starting to spend more time here as I progress towards acquiring my first real estate investment property.Well I did have a rental property that once was my personal residence I HAD to rent out after the 2008 collapse to keep afloat.

There could be other reasons for an economic collapse such as the insane amount of student loan debt, credit card debt, and other consumer debt a lot of people have. 

No leak here but slab is collapsing.
