I've chosen to listen to the podcast on my drive to/from work.  

I've been working construction for quite sometime and I order reak the benefit I must invest more time into the craft and less time doing what I want to do.The reason I've chosen to pursue real estate is because I want to learn but I also want to help people get a head the same way I would like to.Some of the avenues that i would like to learn about are wholesaling, fix and flip homes,buy and hold rentals, little or no money investing.I'm excited to see where this will go and 100% execited to change my life and those around me.

That's one helluva gamble with absolutely no guarantees that they will call off the auction.

My wife also had the notion that investing was pretty much the same as gambling.

I'm still learning about real estate and haven't chosen a path.

This would be a fixer up and not something I would want to gamble on for my first MHP...

Though our stops are years away from being completed, the areas have been chosen. 

I like that you're young and motivated AND have chosen to focus your energy on real estate NOW.

I have a great job for a great employer but feel no passion for the my chosen career.

Conversely, if you're an investor in So Flo, are familiar with the group and have chosen not to join as a member, I'd be curious to hear more on that decision as well.
