That is a matter of efficiency not a targeted assassination of character.

He is an interesting character who never mows his lawn, infact, he moved a wheelbarrow into his back yard in January and it is now lost amongst the grass.

I will be posting pictures in the next 24 hours and try to fill in the details of the last 2 months as best I can ;-)  Most of the delay in finishing this flip can be attributed to this being my first flip and having a GC that had a lot of overlap between two different projects.

I can understand in a residential area people not wanting houses packed with tenants, and overflow parking, etc. as it changes the character of the neighborhood, and when those people bought their properties, they bought thinking it was a SFR area.

Creating a positive attribute, by removing the total debt owed and settling the account for less than what is due.

The neighbourhood is an old character area so I want to keep that feel.

I think you expect easy answers handed to you in 140 characters or less, and that's just not possible.
