I have finished my Real Estate licensing course and I am working on finishing my Professional Property Management certificate. 

There is a certification program for Chinese drywall remediation.  

I looked into the deed on the county site and found that there was a tax certificate that was purchased on it in 2011 for $3,566.00 at 11.75%.

The second person on the application does not have a job here yet, but has a desirable healthcare certification and is transferring her license over to this state.They did a walk through, seem real nice and filled out the application.

We also give gift certificates/coupons to these businesses as part of our "move-in" package we give each tenant.

I'm a CPA and have been through the full certification process. 

While the 506c  certification is a pain for all involved, it does allow the platforms to advertise and it does allow for the open discussion of the deals outside of the portals.506b deals are easier to make the investment, but they do not allow any public discussion of due diligence materials and the portals will not even let web sites discuss returns after they are funded.

IF they know of a violation, they might note it in their appraisal and depending on how persnickety the lender is, that could be a PITA but unlikely.If the municipality does a code check to issue a certificate of occupancy/habitability before closing, THAT could potentially throw you off.  

Got through with County permitting EXCEPT for one lonely document referred to as "Certificate of Compliance".
