Major concerts, Broadway and symphony performances, extensive permanent collections and traveling exhibitions contribute to a wonderful way of life.

My wife is about to go back to school so she will not be contributing income as well as she will be tacking on a lot more debt to her initial student loans.

You could create one parent LLC (or holding company) and contribute the units of the two other partnerships but there may be an easier way.  

They contributed to additional stress, liabilities and spent energy and money at times throughout my ownership.
