@Robert Burns - is your primary goal to invest for cash flow or appreciation?

I am currently looking at a manufactured home in a very nice Mobile Home development. 

When people lose mobility, they stop leaving the unit to smoke and it accumulates fast.  

GreatThanksWe have a mobile home park, Townhouse in Destin and some rentals.

There are sponsors (on this thread) that I got burned from and the blame is on the economy and interest rates.

One of my good buddies started buying mobile homes & then resold them with financing making a monthly $500-$600 profit.

I was hit by an 18 wheeler 2 years ago - my fault- and tried to start a business last summer that didn't succeed, which it shouldn't have, being that I hated every minute of mobile detailing, and I recently got to where I am at least head above water, but I am paycheck to paycheck.

@Scott Melde You may want to check with local mobile home dealerships and real estate agents who specialize in this niche.
