Do not hesitate, to post questions and bounce ideas around in applicable forums.

Something that can't be easily faked and that won't bounce on you. 

Even if it's just a little Facebook page or something, it might be neat to consolidate ourselves into a place where it's much easier to bounce ideas off each other or offer up projects.

Cap rates are super low, the residential market has bounced back, and developers are building multifamily like crazy.

I would recommend going to visit to make sure the area checks out and so does the team.You can use BP to connect with investors and realtors in that area and bounce ideas off them.

It doesn't make sense for every deal, and the numbers are certainly going to bounce around while the industry stabilizes.  

You may also need to go armed to collect your rent when it's late, and you'll have more late rents and bounced checks on the lower end of the market.

But that's not the risk, or the worst of it, the worst part comes when you call up a tenant because a check bounced and no one answers, so you go there and the place is a disaster and they've moved out.

I believed at the time and still believe that those areas hit first are usually the first areas to bounce back.

All of the poorly designed logos and bouncing things in the dock seem so incredibly childish, like something one would find on a child's toy.
