I know this does not happen to everyone, and I am not bashing corporate America, I just feel as though it is not suited for me.  

BUT dont bash CA till you try it.

So why do i feel IMHO like this post in general is a bash on wholesalers?

I didn't bash the 90% borrowing capability of the insurance loan and then praise the 50% borrowing capability of a margin loan, I don't care what the loan limit is, or what the overall strategy is, I only care about whether or not the method used actually makes money. 

So, I'm not at all someone from the burbs just bashing the city, which we hear a lot of, but unless they come up with some radically improved incentives, I think most of those city owned homes will end up being bulldozed, which is a real shame for the house itself, as well as the neighborhood and the neighbors!

These online forums all bash CA returns.

Let's use some of our experiences to teach someone and not just bash them and crush their spirits.

You know, I don't mind taking a good bashing from anyone about myself or my products....The thing is when you've got solid info that works like crazy and endless testimonials to back it up...When someone say's "You're just trying to take my money" I can just laugh and know for sure that they must be retarded or something....

BTW, you should be wary of people like Robert kiyosaki who constantly bash college education.
