The tricky part with FB is you can't specifically target lists...You may only have FB's algorithm working for you with people who are showing behaviors they want to sell their house.

You can google fico odds chart and get additional info, but their algorithms change from time to time and they use different models for different uses.

They know exactly what they are looking for and at and know, based on experience, what is going to work and what isn't.They don't need an algorithm to tell them that.
