FTR I grew up in mid-century segmented midwest homes and have lived mostly in open floorplan homes as an adult.

From that I was able to find a great realtor and a duo general contracting team that has been very reliable- chatting with them almost daily and doing a video walk through once a week. 

Summer,When I have photos made for my listing I have the photographer make a walk through video as well.
