I like eating out in restaurants, boating, golf, pets, horses, watching strongman competitions, grilling out, having, and going to, dinner parties, watching old movies, classic cars, music/concerts, eating healthy.  

It will be cost effective and at least the space will still be wide open in case I decide to remove the bunk beds and make it into a movie room, second living room, or a separate studio style STR somewhere down the line.

You can buy a house in the same neighborhood with the filthy rich movie stars and still be the victim of a home invasion robbery.
