Hello JD, thanks for asking, well I started out as a REI in the med to late 90's it was through picking up a few properties that was faces with foreclosure and dealing with the (LM) Loss Mitigation department well it just peek my interest, so i started my research on loss mitigation in the mid 2000's when the market started to crash little did i know the timing was just right..

Those would indicate to me that they may be in a state of crisis (which tends to go hand in hand with mental health)- Lifestyle choices - I want a tenant who will take care of my place so young singles in a brand new place MAY work but likely only if they are in med school at harvard (for example).
