Hey @Ricardo Murph II,So, Ill lead off by saying that I've been a self employed tile professional for about 10 years now and I've done everything from the backsplash for the little old lady next door here in Massachusetts to our current project renovating 1150 bathrooms for one of the casino resorts in Connecticut and your question is one I get quite frequently.  

So we got what we needed and left....I also lost some money in the casino :( while Jeremiah came out ahead :) Guess as a company we evened out haha.

I could tell they casino personnel were irritated, and saw that they quickly put an "out of order" tag on the machine.How did you get 12 years?

Hey Bigger Pockets,Many of us in the capital district are aware of the new casino being built in Schenectady, New York. 

If you are unwilling to put forth that effort, go to a casino.  

A hotel/casino owner in Las Vegas got word that one of his front desk employees was treating some folks poorly.

You don't really have many choices with the small balance stuff.The small banks are the ones wanting that product so they do not compete much on terms by choice.It's kind of like casinos.

First question is they are in the uncasville ,CT area down by Mohegan sun casino very touristy area , does anyone have any knowledge about that area and renters ?

@Sourabh Bora My partner and I did some deep research on Norwich and are concerned about the casino opening in Springfield, MA and a third likely one somewhere in Central-Northern CT.  

My advice would be if I was to invest in MS gulf coast (which in the future I do plan on) I would invest in Biloxi (where all the casinos are, minor league baseball team, two of the largest car shows in the nation are held, and huge spot for MS schools and college spring break).
