I know its a fine line.. but I think we have gone over the line.. the amount of people that live off of the government be them cross border illegals that walk into our emergencey rooms and use them as everyday doctors knowing they cannot be refused .. or the huge amount of folks that will never work get HUD housing and food stamps.. who knows were it will go.

The portals will work with you, within reason.It's a fine line -- to earn business the portal has to perform, so the cash has to be ready, but I imagine they also don't want to keep an investors money too long as it erodes ROI.

wakefield,I'm still waiting for my attorney to give me a final opinion on the full impact of the legislation, but the section that troubles me (and most lenders I've spoken to) is the section that requires the buyer to "comply with all terms and conditions of the seller's mortgage."
