I’m totally fine being filmed when I’m alone in somebody else’s house for a showing, but being constantly monitored while working as a tradesperson is another level of annoying IMO.

It requires work upfront to vet potential business partners or investment funds but, once you've done your due diligence and trust that they will do what they say they'll do, it will become very passive where you just need to monitor things.
