I’m totally fine being filmed when I’m alone in somebody else’s house for a showing, but being constantly monitored while working as a tradesperson is another level of annoying IMO.

When I read at this program and spoke with the person in the city responsible for monitoring it they assured me that this insurance would cover me for the kinds of repairs that could cost several thousands of dollars.

I can monitor the MLS and other sources, I really just want someone to verify what I think I know and then do the paperwork for the offer/purchase.  

It also allows you to monitor anything unusual so you can jump on it right away.  

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costHire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.

It requires work upfront to vet potential business partners or investment funds but, once you've done your due diligence and trust that they will do what they say they'll do, it will become very passive where you just need to monitor things.

For example, if I put a device that monitors humidity above the drywall in the ceiling, would that be of any use? 

@Charles LeMaire, I'd assumed LPs were always non RE pros and vice versa for GPs but not for any good reason, thanks for pointing the distinction out.

Therefore, I am not able to monitor that the correct step has been made.
