Many of my lenders actually underwrite mobile home park and manufactured housing communities in a similar fashion as multi-family.

So I was watching this week's Undercover Boss about fashion with my wife.

There are very few job openings in my field - the last interview I had in my field was at Croc's in Niwot...It would have been an incredible opportunity, but I felt a little uneasy about it - I mean seriously, this is a company in the fashion industry based in NiWot.  

When I purchased it there was a very elderly couple living here so the appliances and the overall style and setup were very old fashioned.

Not to mention we were voted one of the most fashionable cities in the US!

I actually live on the "fashionable east side" myself, but ya der hay, gotta luv dat sout side!!!

So, it boils down to increasing the income side of your budget in an intelligent and low risk fashion, that you understand and enjoy.
