Once you get new tenants into the 3br, reveal the same daunting prognosis to them and explain to them that the management of their lease will last until next year through a third-party arrangement although you are of course expected to kick the bucket before then.Should the old tenants contact the new tenants and hear this story, the old tenants may contact you and ask you about it.

I subsequently bailed out of it for those reasons, and also after the inspection revealed far more tenant and owner damage and neglect than I was willing to deal with on my first property.
