@Jason Bott - so after this roadblock + 3 other agencies saying:we'd do it but you have to be with us for 3 yearswe only to it for commerical (5+ units)we no longer do thisI asked the internets (yelp and google) for local insurance agencies and my pm (who's been super patient with me) who referred me to 2 local agents.
