I keep hearing about China buying US farms and  Bill Gates and other billion/millionaires  purchase farm land.

Australia is already down 30-50%, Canada cities down 25%, China is way down, California offers are down at least 25%, New York is either already down and offers are at least coming in 25% off ask, volume is down almost everywhere, and in general I believe that Amazon's $2000 share price in Aug marked the top of the market, so it's over!

That's it--but I understand future risks like China-USA war, and that's why I'm keeping my risk profile very conservatives.

This is the time when you buy apartment with all cash, but the project stopped and then the developer returned your money with bunch of furniture lol; this is the time when your bank balance suddenly goes to $0 as the owner of the bank steal your money and flee to mainland China.......dude here screaming so much when interest rate only moves from 2% to 5%, forgetting in 2018 alone we're paying the same interest rate.

I was kind of looking for where the big multi family people buy theirs, maybe a source from China or something like that.

Something I don't see talked about as much is China's currency crisis.

I would sell my cars, my furniture, and at least rent out the kids to a Nike factory in China to make this happen (just kidding).Ten properties cashflowing $200/month = $2,000/month or $24,000 in a year.

2nd the local supplier supplying knocked down cabinets from China.
