hey Dennis, the sunnyside area in Fresno is a great area and is off the radar of a lot of ma and pop SFH investors as well as first time new home buyers which makes for a lot less competition in the buying process, but rentals are popular.

What I'm trying to convey is that sometimes when CPAs are successful and popular they move up market and some folks that try to come in as clients often find themselves overpaying when they don't need all the bells and whistles.

Church Hill is a great area, and likely to become even more popular with Stone having its operations in the area, which will likely attract even more services to the near east end.

From my international travels, I have seen the popularity of hostels throughout Europe but not as much here in the states.
