Hey Michael, I was in SF for years but am down on the Central Coast now. 

We have props from West side to East Cleveland, and everywhere in-between.

Where in the mid-west are you getting props fully renovated for 55k that you can flip for say, 80kish? 

If you are looking for lowest barrier to entry along with least risk, there are pockets of South Buffalo, the West  side, and Lockport that all meet that criteria.
