That includes appliances, washer/dryer, all fixtures, mirrors, etc.For extra stuff -- like home warranty or furniture -- that's a negotiation point, and for a good offer, we're happy to throw those types of things in.

Typically ( in Lubbock ) refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher are NOT provided by landlords: tenants bring their own.

There is a wall with door that closes over that area (toilet, walkin shower, dryer/washer, furnace, etc, but the 'bathroom' isn't sectioned from the furnace and dryer/washer
