I'm ready to get smarter about this new venture with hopefully not falling into the 20 Deadly Mistakes!

My spouse could be an employee (form W-2), a parter (form 1065), or we could classify it as a "qualified joint venture" where we file two separate Schedule C's for the same business.  

Most of this piece probably won't focus too much on specific deals, but rather, on my experience throughout this (ad)venture, starting out as a reckless and aimless 22 year old. 

I would like to come down to Asheville, NC with as much capitol as possible to kick off my full time investing venture!

Hopefully someday in the next few years we'll be able to post in the Success Stories forum about that type of venture.

., started a family and am possibly looking into starting my graduate degree in January of 2017.I’ve been quite interested in entrepreneurship for a while now and have chosen Real Estate as the venture that I believe will launch me into an entrepreneurial career as well as trading in FOREX.

I'd venture to say I will become more regionally focused at some point, but for now there are great prospects close to home.
